Alex Etling - Founder, Executive Producer   Alex Etling is a Brooklyn-based actor and producer. He is a graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts with a BFA in Acting. Creating a company with which to perform and a venue for fellow emerging artists has been a long-held dream, and Cave Theatre Co. is the joyful realization of it. Acting credits include “Alex" in Douglas Carter Beane’s The Little Dog Laughed, a role for which Alex won Best Featured Actor of 2009 by OutOnline.   James Masciovecchio - Founder, Artistic Director   James Masciovecchio is a Brooklyn Based Director/Actor. A 2011 Graduate of Point Park University's Conservatory of the Arts. He has spent his time traveling the country with an educational theatre company, production managing a downtown festival, and creating and producing work whenever he can. He's staged readings of movies, directed Shakespeare, and now is taking the leap and starting a company! Directing credits include Twelfth Night (Hudson Shakespeare Co.), Another Moon Called Earth (Point Park University), The Red Coat (Point Park University) among others. Acting credits include Cymbeline, Shining City, Macbeth, Room Service, and more.

  Kiley Caughey - Founder, Director of Artistic Operations   Kiley is a Brooklyn-based actress with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Point Park University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She has always dreamed of starting a theatre company and creating a safe and inspiring home for artists both young and old. She is passionate about sharing the theatre with children and enriching communities through the arts. She has been teaching and working with children for almost 10 years and cant wait to create a community of young artists in NYC. Some of her favorite acting credits include Shelly in Buried Child, Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, and Eponine in Les Miserables .
