Alex Etling - Founder, Managing Director Alex Etling is a Manhattan-based actor and a 2011 graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts with a BFA in Acting. Kiley Caughey - Founder, Artistic Director of Outreach Kiley is a Manhattan-based actress with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Point Park University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She has always dreamed of starting a theatre company and creating a safe and inspiring home for artists both young and old. She is passionate about sharing the theatre with children and enriching communities through the arts. She has been teaching and working with children for almost 10 years and cant wait to create a community of young artists in NYC. Some of her favorite acting credits include Shelly in Buried Child, Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, and Eponine in Les Miserables .
